This new study from the University of Minnesota and Tsinghua University in Beijing shows the development of an immediate release tablet with improved oral bioavailability thanks to an amorphous solid dispersion (ASD) of sorafenib (SOR) in hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acetate succinate (HPMC-AS), prepared by coprecipitation. Access the paper here.
